How Aventales handles the information you share with us.
Who we are
Aventales creates personalized reading adventures for children. Accounts are held and operated by parents or guardians. Children do not create accounts and never chat with the app.
What we collect
We collect the account details you provide (your name, email address and country), the story details you enter about your child (first name, age, reading level, appearance, interests and personality), your subscription and payment status, and basic usage information such as which stories have been opened.
How we use it
Story details are used to write and illustrate your child’s adventures and to keep their hero, companions and world consistent across future stories. Account and subscription details are used to deliver your stories, manage billing and send service emails such as delivery notifications and parent check-ins.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored by Aventales.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Aventales — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and the AI services used to generate story text and illustrations.
Analytics and advertising
We use privacy-limited analytics and advertising measurement on our public marketing pages to understand how visitors find us. We do not send names, children’s details or story content to these services.
Keeping and deleting data
Your stories stay in your Parent Library while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and your child’s story details at any time by emailing hello@aventales.com.
