The agreement between your family and Aventales.
Using Aventales
Aventales is a subscription service that creates personalized illustrated stories for children. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the details entered about their child.
Your subscription
Plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What you receive
Each plan includes new personalized storybooks as described on the pricing section of our homepage, access to the interactive reader, and downloadable keepsake PDFs in your Parent Library. Stories already delivered remain available in your Parent Library.
Your content and ours
You keep the rights to the details you provide about your child. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to read, save, print and share your child’s finished stories with family. The Aventales name, artwork style, templates and software remain ours.
Acceptable use
Please do not submit details intended to produce unsafe, hateful or adult content, do not use Aventales to create stories about children who are not in your care, and do not resell or redistribute stories commercially.
Story creation
Stories and illustrations are generated with the help of AI and reviewed before delivery. Small variations between adventures are normal. If something is wrong with a story, contact us and we will correct or recreate it.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your first adventure, contact us at hello@aventales.com and we will remake it or refund your first payment.

We may update these terms as the service develops, and we will note material changes on this page. Questions can be sent to hello@aventales.com.
